Lakeside Vacation Homes

3 Lakeside vacation homes are spaced far apart on over 500 feet of shorline.  Each includes:

  • a picture window overlooking the lake
  • a screened-in porch
  • a color tv
  • a fully equipped modern kitchen
  • modern bathroom with a shower
  • automatic furnace
  • private pier
  • 12' aluminum boat
  • weber grill
  • picnic table
  • private outdoor seating area by the lake (bench or chairs)

Description of our lakeside homes:

#1  Ferncrest:  Fireplace, three bedrooms (three double-sized beds) accommodates up to 6 people.  Newly remodeled in spring of 2006!   

#2  Cedarnook:  Two bedrooms (three double-sized beds)accommodates up to 6 people.

#3  Nestlewood:   Fireplace, three bedrooms (two double- sized beds, and a pair of twin beds) accommodates up to 6 people.

Motel Suites

6 Motel units are available for daily or weekly rental.  There are many options available to suit your needs. 

Single Room:  One double bed, tiled bath with shower.

Two room suites:  One double bed in each room, plus a refrigerator and microwave oven.  Each suite has a kitchenette that is available for a small daily fee.

Included in all motel rentals:

  • Central Air and Central Heat with April Air
  • Color Cable TV.
  • Free coffee and in room coffee makers.
  • Daily housekeeping with fresh towels, and freshening of rooms.
  • Access to swimming, fishing and boating.
  • Access to snowmobile trail in the winter.

Food and Cocktails

Attached to the motel units is our Beachcomber Lounge located within easy walking distance of the vacation homes.   Enjoy its new northwoods lodge decor, special tropical cocktails, and delicious homemade pizza  and broasted chicken. Homemade cheesecake is also available by the slice or by the whole cake.

The Motel Units
Located adjacent to the Cocktail lounge, and within easy walking distance to the water front, the motels offer it all. 5 of the units are 2 room suites with a double bed in each room, and a refrigerator, microwave oven, and coffee maker with free coffee. A full kitchenette is available in each unit for a small daily fee. With daily housekeeping, you have time to relax and enjoy your stay! We also offer a single unit which has a double bed and is perfect for guests who just like a cozy place to rest.
The Nestlewood -- Cabin #3
This quiet cabin at the end of the trail offers total peace and quiet with its own private beach and fire pit. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 each with a double bed, and one with a pair of twin beds for the kids! It also features a fireplace, and spectacular views of the water. It accommodates 6 people.
The Cedarnook -- Cabin #2
This adorable cabin offers 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, and one with 2 double beds, and a beautiful view of the beach and water. It also has a front screen porch just 40 feet from waters edge. Accommodates 6 people.
The Ferncrest -- Cabin #1
This cabin has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and new northwoods bedding. It also has a fireplace in the living room with a front corner kitchen for meals by the lakeside. Accommodates 6 people.
